Dear Prof. Udaya Narayana Singh,

I am glad to inform you that the revised,expanded edition of Cre-A :dictionary of contemporary tamil had been released. I want to thank you and CIIL for the significant help in making available the tamil corpus for our use. Your corpus augmented our own efforts and proved to be very helpful. We are convinced that access to the additonal data as enriched the dictionary. We have made prominent acknowledgement in the dictionary to this valuable help from CIIL. Perhaps ours is one major effort which has put to good use the corpus.
